The purpose of the organizational gender assessment tool is to identify areas for capacity strengthening for gender integration within an organization, and to facilitate the development of plans and timelines to implement capacity strengthening activities related to gender. The assessment will help organizations gain a deeper understanding and ownership of gender integration through discussion and reflection on organizational policies and practices.
