Jasper Ondieki specializes in organizational capacity development. His work involves helping different types of organizations to identify and address their performance and capacity gaps and implement strategies for growth and long-term sustainability. As a Capacity Development Director, Jasper is responsible for the implementation of NPI EXPAND’s capacity development strategy. His work involves implementing a systematic process of identifying gaps in performance, technical and organizational capacity of NUPs, designing and implementing solutions to address the gaps. Jasper hopes that this support will result in many local organizations with more efficient structures and systems, that can deliver better quality services and that are financially sustainable as a result of multiple income and funding streams. Jasper holds a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and two master’s degrees: Organizational Development from the United States International University-Africa and Environmental Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi.
